All orders are handled by Artreform (Reformfurniture Lund AB) from our location in Lund, Sweden.
We take great care in packing and shipping vintage and fragile items to ensure they arrive safely and in the condition described.

Shipping is available within Sweden, across the EU, and internationally.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after full payment is received.
  • For larger or special items requiring custom crating or freight arrangements, dispatch may take up to 10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Smaller items are sent via trusted parcel carriers (e.g., PostNord, DHL, UPS).
  • Large or fragile items (e.g., furniture, art pieces) are shipped via specialised art or furniture transport services to ensure safe delivery.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days
  • EU countries: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.


6. Packaging

We use secure, eco-conscious packaging and, when possible, reuse materials to reduce environmental impact.
Each vintage item is packed individually and protected for transport.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Please photograph the package and the item immediately upon arrival.
  2. Notify us at info@artreform.se within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  3. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

We will assess the case and work with you to arrange a replacement (if applicable) or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, Artreform is not responsible for shipping delays or loss caused by the courier or customs.
However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and tracking the parcel.


9. Local Pickup

In some cases, customers in Sweden may arrange local pickup from Lund.
