Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Artreform (Reformfurniture Lund AB), registered in Sweden.

1. Right of Return

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires. You can contact us at info@artreform.se.

After you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

2. Conditions for Return

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received — complete, undamaged, and with any original packaging, documentation, or certificates.
  • Returned items must show no additional wear or use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the returned item has been handled in a way that reduces its value.
  • The right of return does not apply to custom commissions or special orders made specifically for you.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • Items must be packed carefully to ensure safe transport. We recommend using the original packaging and a tracked shipping method.
  • The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 7 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds cover the product price and original shipping cost (if applicable), but do not include the cost of returning the item.
  • We do not deduct payment processing fees from refunds.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@artreform.se with photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

6. In-Person Purchases

This policy applies only to online orders placed via our website artreform.se.
